You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access. You can also show the order confirmation on your smartphone.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number. You can also show the ticket on your smartphone.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID. You can also show the ticket on your smartphone.
Yes, there is level or ramped access throughout at Bagshot, and there is a lift at Bybrook if the event is upstairs.
Please note that the VR ride at Bagshot has a ramp, but there is a small lip at the threshold. The VR ride is accessible to wheelchair users but they will need assistance from the chair and onto the ride. There are no seatbelts or extra supports. Wheelchair users can still use the headset or watch the VR ride content on the television at the front. If you have any specific questions please email our Customer Services department.
If there are spaces available you can book on the day all the way up until the slot time. Depending on the type of event we may offer ‘walk in’ spots, but please be aware these are not guaranteed – it’s always safest to book in advance!
